How to Register:
Registration must be completed at the Park District office or by phone-in. A parent handbook will be given out prior to the program start date. Included in the handbook is an Emergency Release Form. This form must be completed and turned in on the first day of BASC.
How to Pay:
Tuition is based on the total number of days school is actually in session per year. Fees are divided into 9 equal payments for the school year and will not be lower for those months that have fewer attendance days due to holidays (i.e. winter and spring break)
A $15 non-district fee will be charged at the time of registration when applicable.

New Payment Plan
We are happy to offer our parents the option of a Payment Plan to secure a spot in our Summer Day Camp. Parents will only have to pay a $25 security deposit for each week they wish their child to attend, and pay the remaining balance by the due date listed on the agreement.

Camp Sunrise and Sunset takes place at the Ahlstrand Fieldhouse.
If your child is enrolled in Camp Sunrise, they will be walked over with staff to their campsite once Camp Sunrise is done at 8 am. If your child is enrolled into Camp Sunset they will be walked over at the end of their camp day to Ahlstrand Fieldhouse if needed. In the case of severe weather campers will be shuttled to Ahlstrand Fieldhouse.

Totally 2s & 3s Information:
Parents may stay on the first day of class to help ease their child into separation. This is not a parent/tot program and parents will be asked to stop attending after the first class.
Pull-ups are acceptable, but our teachers are not able to change any child. Children should be in the process of learning how to be toilet-independent while attending this program. Parents must be available to return to the program to change their child’s pull-up or in case of a bathroom accident.

Get your little sprout ready for kindergarten with our heartwarming program! Our curriculum introduces young learners to colors, sizes, shapes, numbers, and reading readiness. Our caring teachers will guide your child through the alphabet, addresses, phone numbers, and even writing their names. Youth Inter-Village Soccer Leagues

The Inter Village Co-ed Soccer League will provide an environment for players of all levels. Teams will compete against teams from other areas of the park district. Players should register based on their age as of Feb. 28th, 2026, Shin guards are required. Soccer cleats are recommended. 10-week program. Game Field locations are determined by schedule.
The practice location will be at the Community Center and Ahlstrand Park. Practice will be on Tuesday, and Thursday. The games will be every Saturday.

Court Reservations & Cancellations
Members may reserve court time up to seven days in advance. Cancellation of court time must be made at least 24 hours in advance of play. Members are responsible for court fees if for any reason they wish to cancel in less than 24 hours and the court cannot be sold. Members who make reservations and fail to show up are responsible for the cost of the court and are charged accordingly.

Monthly Play Pass
If playing a lot of tennis is high on your priority list you can’t go wrong by purchasing a Play Pass. Reservations may be made up to 48 hours in advance, initially for one-and-a-half hours of tennis. If the court is available at the end of that time, just keep playing until you drop!
Non-play pass holders must pay their portion of the court time fees. A valid CCAC membership is required to purchase a play pass.
