Tuition is based on the total number of days school is actually in session per year. Fees are divided into 9 equal payments for the school year and will not be lower for those months that have fewer attendance days due to holidays (i.e. winter and spring break)

How to Register:

Spring Break Camp
Spring Break Camp Spring into an awesome break! Your camper will be active, and creative, and create memories while on their break. Each day will have crafts and activities based on that day’s theme. With a Field trip on Monday. Campers must bring their own lunch and drink. Campers must also wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes that they can be active in. Our camp is led by our experienced BASC and Camp staff. Camp sunrise is available from 6:15 am - 8 am as well as camp sunset from 3 pm - 6:15 pm. New Payment Plan
We are happy to offer our parents the option of a Payment Plan to secure a spot in our Summer Day Camp. Parents will only have to pay a $25 security deposit for each week they wish their child to attend, and pay the remaining balance by the due date listed on the agreement.

Camp Sunrise and Sunset takes place at the Ahlstrand Fieldhouse.
If your child is enrolled in Sports and Splash Camp, they will walk with staff to the Community Center after Camp Sunrise. If your Sports & Splash camper is enrolled in camp Sunset, they will walk with staff to Ahlstrand Fieldhouse at 3:00 pm. Bussing will be made available in the case of inclement weather.
If your child is enrolled in Teen Camp, they will be bussed to Longmeadow Activity Center after Camp Sunrise. If your Teen Camper is enrolled in camp sunset, they will be bussed to Ahlstrand Fieldhouse at 3:00 pm.

Preschool 2022-2023 Enrollment Information
1. Review class information. Decide upon a class that will best fit schedules and the child’s age. There is limited enrollment in these programs.

Make the smart choice to get your little one ready for kindergarten! Our curriculum is based on the Illinois Early Learning Standards. Students will learn about colors, size, shapes, numbers, reading readiness as well as how to follow directions and time. All while developing social-emotional and listening skills. Teachers will explore the alphabet, addresses, phone numbers, and how to write their names. Classes are designed to prepare children who enter kindergarten in the fall of 2023. A graduation celebration will be held at the end of the school year. Parents are encouraged to help 1-2 times a month in the preschool programs. Information may change due to CDC guidelines. Graduation for all Pre-K classes will take place Wednesday, May 24, 2023.

This program is an excellent stepping stone into our Little Learners program.

Totally 2s & 3s Enrollment Procedure
Registration must be completed at the Park District office. The entire fee is due at the time of registration, as well as a copy of the child’s birth certificate. Your child must be 2 years old by September 1, 2022. Upon registration, you will be given a copy of the parent manual, emergency form, and medication form. The forms are due on the first day of class.
Parents may stay on the first day of class to help ease their child into separation. This is not a parent/tot program and parents will be asked to stop attending after the first class.
Pull-ups are acceptable, but our teachers are not able to change any child. Children should be in the process of learning how to be toilet independent while attending this program. Parents must be available to return to the program to change their child’s pull-up or in case of a bathroom accident.
Guidelines to Follow:
1. Participants should wear face coverings over their nose and mouth. (exceptions can be made for people with medical conditions or disabilities that prevent them from safely wearing a face covering).
2. Lessons will allow for 6-ft. of social distancing between participants and instructor.
3. Please wash your hands before and after the program.
4. Before allowing entrance or before class, staff will ask whether participants are currently exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. If a participant does have symptoms, they should not enter the premises. Please contact us for a refund due to illness.
5. Equipment will not be shared between participants unless from the same household.

6. Classes do not add new participants once the session has started.
7. Parents and guardians are not allowed to enter the board room, this way we can maintain social distancing.
8. Under no circumstance will the instructor allow contact between participants.

Players are introduced to the fundamentals of soccer tactics such as passing the ball, offensive moves, defensive moves, keeping/controlling the ball, and taking the ball away from the opposing team. Youth/Adult Karate
ISKC’s Youth karate classes will put children in touch with their bodies and offers a good mix of strength training, with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises. Children increase their coordination, agility, and poise, as well as learn lasting personal safety skills. They also benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the class rules.

Tae-Kwon-Do

The focus of the Golden Lion Academy combines the disciplines of Tae-kwon-do, Hapkido Judo, and Kung-fu. Students learn the basics of self-defense from day one. They build upon these features by adding more advanced techniques from various styles. As students progress, they earn opportunities for advancement through the various ranks in a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment. This commitment has helped the Golden Lion Academy develop countless numbers of individuals over the past 30 years. Advanced placement requires the instructor’s authorization to enroll. Safety guidelines will be followed throughout the class, such as wearing masks when not exercising, maintaining a 6-ft distance between participants, no physical contact between participants, and sanitizing equipment through each use.

The Hanover Park Park District gymnastics program is operated by the Gymkhana Gymnastics Club. Gymkhana has been providing high-quality instruction in gymnastics since 1975. They offer programs for all ages and abilities starting from preschool gymnastics classes, to their nationally competing U.S.A. Gymnastics Men’s and Women’s teams. Gymkhana’s professional staff is comprised of the U.S.A. Gymnastics safety certified coaches. The Gymkhana facility is 25,300 square feet of the latest and best equipment.

Youth Inter-Village Cricket Leagues
This new cricket league will provide an environment for players at all levels. Players will learn all the rules as well as guidance on how to bat, ball, throw and catch. Along with these skills, your player will learn the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and staying active while pushing yourself to improve. Teams will compete against teams from other Park Districts. The volunteer coach determines practice days and times. The games are on Saturdays. Players should register based on their grades for the 2023/2024 school year. Each player receives a team jersey and shorts.
The registration deadline is March 3rd. After the deadline, there will be limited enrollment based on space on each team.

10ANDUnder Tennis takes a new approach to introduce kids to the game of tennis by utilizing kid-sized courts and kid-sized equipment. The tennis balls are lower in compression, allowing the ball to bounce lower and move slower, making it easier to hit and develop optimal swing patterns. The benefits are immediate. Kids will be rallying, making new friends, and psyched for more. You will be playing real tennis and having real fun!
Make-up Policy: Make-up classes are never guaranteed, however during the summer you can make up all missed classes if there is another class at the same level with openings. So, don’t worry about vacation plans getting in the way; we can arrange make-up classes to take place before you leave for vacation or after you return!
What to bring: Students should have closed-toe shoes, water, and a racket. Loaner rackets are available at the club as well as rackets for purchase.

Orange Ball classes are taught on a 60’ court and use an Orange Ball which has 50% bounce and weight of a regular tennis ball. This class is designed for students who have proper technique and can consistently serve and rally and have been promoted from Red Ball 7-9. You will continue to improve all volleys, groundstrokes, serves, and match play and will be introduced to lobs, overheads, and proper footwork. Students should have a 25” racket which can be purchased from our pro shop.
