Open Swim
Our Open Swim program is perfect for all ages and skill levels—whether you’re splashing for fun, swimming laps, or relaxing poolside.
Admission requires a valid 2026 season pass or daily ticket. All children under 13 must be supervised by someone age 16+ at all times. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed for safety reasons.
Enjoy heated pools, diving boards, slides, and loungers, among other water features. Certified lifeguards are always on duty to keep your visit safe.

The Sailfish Swim Team is part of the DuPage Swim & Dive Conference and offers swimmers ages 6–18 the opportunity to compete while developing their swimming skills. Our coach fosters an environment that builds sportsmanship, responsibility, discipline, confidence, and endurance. New swimmers are always welcome!
Swimmers practice in the mornings up to five days per week and compete against teams from 10 other park districts in the conference. Swimmers only need to attend two practices per week to be eligible to compete in meets. A meet schedule will be distributed at the first practice.

Requirements

Ages 6–8: Must be able to swim 25 yards (one length of the pool) continuously without assistance.

Ages 9–18: Must be able to swim 50 yards (two lengths of the pool) continuously without assistance.

Home Meets
HP Sailfish Swim Team home meets are held at Seafari Springs Aquatic Center on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Dates will be announced prior to the season.
Spectators are welcome!
