Join the Hanover Park Park District for a family-friendly fall night filled with campfires, s’mores, stargazing, and Hotel Transylvania on the big screen under the stars!
Gather around the fire and enjoy a s’more, then explore the night sky through telescopes with the Fox Valley Astronomical Society. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and get comfortable for a special outdoor showing of Hotel Transylvania!

Pumpkin Glow Walk
Light up the night and show off your carving creativity! Local businesses, schools, and community groups are invited to participate in our Pumpkin Glow Walk activity during this year’s Trunk or Treat celebration.
Carve a glowing masterpiece—spooky, silly, or sweet—and help us create a magical pumpkin-lit path for families to enjoy.

Please Note: Participants will provide and carve their own pumpkin.

Fright Night Frosting Fun
Get ready for a frightfully fun evening of Halloween creativity and sweet treats! The Hanover Park Park District is partnering with Country Style Donuts at 1519 IL-19, Hanover Park, IL 60133, to bring you a spooky donut-decorating experience perfect for children and families.
Participants will decorate delicious donuts using festive frosting, colorful sprinkles, candies, and Halloween-themed toppings. We will also have Halloween-themed activities and crafts. Costumes are encouraged! Space is limited, so register early to reserve your spot for this sweet and spooky Halloween celebration.

Dia de Muertos Dance
