Program Information 

Before School Club operates each morning from 6:30-8:30 am. After School Club operates each afternoon from 3:00-6:00 pm. 

We offer flexible schedule options; you choose how many days a week you need care. Upon registration, you must indicate which days of the week your child will attend. Days of attendance must be consistent each week.

 

Before School Club: 6:30-8:30am

DAILY PASS 

A daily pass option is available for $15 per day for those who do not have a set schedule. Daily passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are dependent on availability. Passes can be purchased by calling the Park District registration desk at 630-837-2468 or emailing l.dzik@hpparks.org. Daily passes must be purchased at least 2 business days in advance. Your daily pass is not confirmed until you have received a receipt via email. 

 

DAYS OFF SCHOOL 

On select non-attendance days, the park district will offer “Days Off Club” programming at the Community Center. Separate registration is required. Please check the park district website for more information.

After School Club

 

Keep your kids active and busy after school!  Our after school staff not only provides a safe and fun environment, but also participates in sports, games, and crafts with your child. With a flexible schedule (you pick how many days your child attends) and a reasonable fee, you cannot go wrong. ​

Registration & Payments:

  • Register by calling 630-834-2468. In-person and online registration is not available for this program.

  • Payments are made bi-weekly.

  • Refunds will not be given for the unused day, except in the case that school resumes in-person learning earlier than planned, or a child has tested positive for or been exposed to COVID-19.

  • Prior to the program beginning, you will receive a parent manual and emergency form via email. Emergency forms must be turned in on or prior to the first day of the program

COVID-19 Safety Procedures

The health and safety of Hanover Park Park District participants and staff is our top priority. We will be following a combination of guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), as they apply to schools and childcare, including:

  • Face coverings required unless eating or outside with proper distancing

  • Follow physical distancing guidelines of 6 feet when possible

  • Frequent hand washing and/or hand sanitizing

  • Regular and frequent cleaning and disinfecting of supplies, equipment, and physical spaces

  • Curbside drop off and pick up

  • Zero-tolerance behavior policy

  • Staff and participants are required to self-report if they are experiencing symptoms, or have been diagnosed or exposed to COVID-19

School Dismissal – 6:15 pm

 

Schools Serviced:  Horizon, Laurel Hill, Parkwood, Ontarioville, Greenbrook, Einstein, Hanover Highlands, Anne Fox. 

 

Transportation from school to our facility is provided by our shuttle buses.   

 

Fee: $9.60/day
