Winter Inter-Village Basketball Leagues
Hanover Park Park District has joined a Winter Basketball Inter-Village League with other park districts such as teams from Roselle, Carol Stream, Hoffman, Bloomingdale, and many more park districts. Teams will be put into divisions and play against other park districts throughout the season in this fun and recreational basketball league. Come join Hanover Park and compete for your town against our neighbors!
Players will receive instructions from volunteer coaches in dribbling, passing, and shooting, as well as learning the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship. The volunteer coach determines practice times. Leagues will compete on Saturdays at the other park district's gym. Each player will receive a jersey and shorts.

Participants will learn dribbling, passing, shooting, and the rules of the game through drills, mini-games, and scrimmages. Little Sluggers Indoors (Ages 4–6) | $50/$55
This introductory T-ball program is perfect for a child who wants to have fun, make new friends, and be introduced to baseball. Participants enjoy learning the skills needed to play baseball, including offense and defense, as well as the rules and philosophies of the game. The program stresses teamwork over competition. All you need to bring is a glove!

Don’t strike out on the opportunity to give your athlete an experience to be exposed to the fundamentals of baseball, gain confidence, and experience friendly competition recreationally.
Practices will be on Monday evenings followed by games on Wednesday evenings.
This will be a 6-week season followed by end of season tournament on the last Saturday of the season. Shirts are included. Parents will need to provide pants, gloves, a helmet, a hat, and a bat. Awards will be given to all participants.

Soccer Skills 101

Gymnastics
The Hanover Park Park District gymnastics program is operated by the Gymkhana Gymnastics Club. Gymkhana has been providing high-quality instruction in gymnastics since 1975. They offer programs for all ages and abilities starting from preschool gymnastics classes, to their nationally competing U.S.A.
Gymnastics Men’s and Women’s teams. Gymkhana’s professional staff is comprised of U.S.A. Gymnastics safety certified coaches. The Gymkhana facility is 25,300 square feet of the latest and best equipment.
