Passes are available for all serviced schools. Please email s.carrasquillo@hpparks.org to inquire about pass availability. We ask that you provide us with at least 24-hour notice if a daily pass is needed.
How to Register:
Registration must be completed at the Park District office or by phone-in. A parent handbook will be given out prior to the program start date. Included in the handbook is an Emergency Release Form. This form must be completed and turned in on the first day of BASC.

How to Pay:
Tuition is based on the total number of days school is actually in session per year. Fees are divided into 9 equal payments for the school year and will not be lower for those months that have fewer attendance days due to holidays (i.e. winter and spring break)
A $15 non-district fee will be charged at the time of registration when applicable.

Have a great break from school with us! Your camper will be active, creative, and cultivate memories while on school break. Throughout the camp, the camper will experience field trips, in-house entertainment, and fun-themed activities. Parents may stay on the first day of class to help ease their child into separation. This is not a parent/tot program and parents will be asked to stop attending after the first class.
Pull-ups are acceptable, but our teachers are not able to change any child. Children should be in the process of learning how to be toilet independent while attending this program. Parents must be available to return to the program to change their child’s pull-up or in case of a bathroom accident.
Pre-kindergarten
Make the smart choice to get your little one ready for kindergarten! Our curriculum is based on the Illinois Early Learning Standards. Students will learn about colors, size, shapes, numbers, reading readiness as well as how to follow directions and time. All while developing social-emotional and listening skills. Teachers will explore the alphabet, addresses, phone numbers, and how to write their names. Classes are designed to prepare children who enter kindergarten in the fall of 2024. A graduation celebration will be held at the end of the school year. Parents are encouraged to help 1-2 times a month in the preschool programs. Information may change due to CDC guidelines. Graduation for all Pre-K classes will take place Thursday, May 23rd, 2024.

Showstoppers: Class/ Showcase
"Showstoppers," an exciting and enriching performing arts program specially designed for aspiring young talents in 1st through 6th grade. This is a 10-week adventure into the magical world of theater and performing arts, focusing on teaching the fundamental aspects of theater and performing arts while allowing participants to enhance their abilities and gain a deeper understanding of the art form. Through engaging activities, exercises, and rehearsals, children have the opportunity to build self-confidence and self-expression, essential skills for both the stage and everyday life.
At the end of the 10-week program, participants will showcase their talents in a spectacular performance. Each child will have the chance to perform a song, dance, or scene of their choice, showcasing everything they have learned during the program. Showstoppers encourage creativity and individuality by allowing participants to choose and present what resonates with them the most, celebrating their unique abilities and preferences. Join us, as we Bop to the Top with our performance of High School Musical!
Our “Spotlight Players” will be all in this together as they join us in an eight-week theatrical journey. Immerse yourself in the world of musical theater as we bring the excitement and magic of "High School Musical" to life on stage! From acting and singing to choreography and set design, this program provides an immersive experience to develop essential theater skills. Through collaborative rehearsals and team-based activities, participants will forge new friendships and enhance their ability to work effectively as a team! Every aspiring performer is encouraged to audition, and each participant will be assigned a role. This ensures an inclusive and encouraging environment where every individual's talent is recognized and celebrated.

DODGEBALL LEAGUE

āÆGet ready to duck, dodge, and dive! Dodgeball is a team game that requires players to work together to win. This helps children to develop important teamwork and social skills, including communication, cooperation, and problem-solving. Dodgeball isāÆa team game in which players must dodge or catch balls thrown by the opposition whilst attempting to strike their opponents in the same way. The game consists of 6V6. League consists of an 8-game season then concludes with an end-of-season tournament.

Winter Inter-Village Basketball Leagues
Hanover Park Park District has joined a Winter Basketball Inter-Village League with other park districts such as teams from Roselle, Carol Stream, Hoffman, Bloomingdale, and many more park districts. Teams will be put into divisions and play against other park districts throughout the season in this fun and recreational basketball league. Come join Hanover Park and compete for your town against our neighbors!

Players will receive instructions from volunteer coaches in dribbling, passing, and shooting, as well as learning the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship. The volunteer coach determines practice times. Leagues will compete on Saturdays at the other park district gym. Each player will receive a jersey and shorts.
Players should arrive 15 minutes prior to check-in.

Please note: All Saturday games will be away and not at home this season. Each coach will create a band app to communicate with the player’s parents. This season we will be doing a popcorn Fundraiser, to help purchase new equipment, and trophies and help pay for the kid’s basketball ceremony at the end of the season. The Hanover Park Park District gymnastics program is operated by the Gymkhana Gymnastics Club. Gymkhana has been providing high-quality instruction in gymnastics since 1975. They offer programs for all ages and abilities starting from preschool gymnastics classes to their nationally competing U.S.A. Gymnastics Men’s and Women’s teams. Gymkhana’s professional staff is comprised of U.S.A. Gymnastics safety certified coaches. The Gymkhana facility is 25,300 square feet of the latest and best equipment. Court Reservations & Cancellations
Members may reserve court time up to seven days in advance. Cancellation of court time must be made at least 24 hours in advance of play. Members are responsible for court fees if for any reason they wish to cancel in less than 24 hours and the court cannot be sold. Members who make reservations and fail to show up are responsible for the cost of the court and are charged accordingly.

Handicap Accessibility
The Park District and the CCAC are handicapped accessible and comply with A.D.A. standards. The elevator is accessible from all 3 levels and is available for public use.
Locker Rooms, Whirlpools & Saunas
Club members will enjoy the clean and spacious men’s & women’s locker rooms, each with its own whirlpool and sauna.
Lounge and Snack Bar
The central core of the club includes a lounge area complete with a big screen TV where members and guests may relax after a hard workout.
Monthly Play Pass
If playing a lot of tennis is high on your priority list you can’t go wrong by purchasing a Play Pass. Reservations may be made up to 48 hours in advance, initially for one-and-a-half hours of tennis. If the court is available at the end of that time, just keep playing until you drop!
Non-play pass holders must pay their portion of the court time fees. A valid CCAC membership is required to purchase a play pass.
