Adult Golf Lessons
Beginner
These 6 PGA-instructed sessions offer the “Know how” and proper “Hands-on” techniques for providing the beginning golfer a basic understanding of the game. Don’t worry if you’ve never held a club before or been embarrassed when you did. Learning the application of grip, stance arrangement plus drills for your golf swing is the main agenda.

Fencing Lessons – Beginner & Continued
You’ve always wanted to give it a try and now is your chance!!! Fencing is an excellent sport for children and adults of all ages. It develops coordination, builds strength, speed and endurance, requires good sportsmanship, and builds quick decision-making skills. It is a near-perfect blend of highly aerobic work that simultaneously requires explosive, strength-based movement. Our coaches are all former World Cup or Olympic competitors. They will work with athletes of any age to teach them this beautiful and unique sport.
Continued Lessons – All participants must have completed the beginner level. The structure of this course is to continue improving technique and bout strategies. Age appropriate bouts will be conducted.
