Group Fitness Classes
Classes are held in the Community Center Aerobics Studio for ages 14 & up. Children will not be allowed in the studio during classes. Drop-in fees are paid directly to the C.C.A.C. front desk prior to the start of class. Showers and lockers are available for use in the Athletic Club on the lower level.
1. Kid’s Korner service is available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 3 pm.  For additional Kid’s Korner service information, see page 40.
2. Participants must register and sign a waiver prior to the first day of the session.
3. Participants must bring their own floor mats to fitness classes.
4. Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment.

“NEW” Interval Step

This class consists of basic athletic-style step combinations with muscular strength training intervals. Equipment may be used.  Modifications for beginner’s offered in class.  Abdominal/core training and a complete cooldown/stretch segment for the last 20 minutes of class.  Bring water a bottle and towel.

There is a warm-up and cooldown/stretch for this class.  This focused workout is designed to lift and firm the butt, shape the abs and mid-section, as well as, work the arms.  Ready to keep wearing those shorts and sleeveless tops?

Zumba® in the pool (at Seafari Springs)

Imagine a little cha, cha, cha or belly dancing and cooling off in the water.  This workout will improve your circulation, increase your flexibility and range of motion while strengthening and toning your muscles.  Water effectively reduces your body weight by 90 percent, so stress on joints, bones, and muscles is kept to a minimum.

Power Water Walking (at Seafari Springs)

A 45 minute morning class that is easy on the joints while getting an aerobic workout.  The resistance of the water helps in strengthening the muscles too.  Exercise equipment may be used.

Cardio Fusion

This 45 minute class combines the strengthening of all the muscle groups, raises your heart rate, and burns calories while increasing lean muscle mass and bone density with resistance training.  3 to 10lb. dumbbells will be used.  Bring a towel and water bottle.
